For twelve years, Todd traveled the world working as a Producer of Television commercials for such clients as Home Depot, Chili's, SONY, Chevrolet and Jamaica Tourism, to name only a few. Desiring to spend less time on the road and more time in Los Angeles with his family, Todd began working full time in his passion, real estate. Todd was honored as Rookie of the Year in his first year, and has consistently been a Top Producer ever since. His experience in the advertising industry translates well to real estate and has helped to make Todd's marketing approach and attention to detail stand tall above the rest. He has also filmed all over the greater Los Angeles area, affording him unique and knowledgeable insights on many sought after locations in LA. Todd handles properties from Santa Monica to Pasadena and everything in between. Whichever side of the hill you want to live on, Todd can assist you with knowledge and assurance. Originally from Texas, Todd enjoys the climate and lifestyle of Southern California living, and enjoying the outdoors.
