My name is Regina "Starz" Skarzinski, I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil and have been a San Fernando Valley resident ever since coming to Southern California in 1980. I am fluent in Portuguese and English. Currently I live in Northridge. Our family has 2 grown children, Daniel & Priscilla. We are proud of both of them. Daniel is very creative and artistic, he is working hard in developing his musical abilities. Priscilla has many talents and has just finished her associates degree. Now she is looking forward to more adventures in her education.
